Dana
Orthodontic Assistant
Dana has been with us for more than 4 years, and completed her X-Ray license certification in 2016. She is working in both locations as an Orthodontic Assistant. She is skilled at using our iTero 3D dental scanner. Dana enjoys spending time with her young son, going to the beach, and attending Angels Baseball games.

Bessie
Sterilization/Records Technician
Bessie is our sterilization technician and records technician in both locations. She is certified in OSHA infection control and completed her Dental X-Ray License diploma. She adept at using our iTero 3D Scanner. In her spare time she likes hiking, reading, shows and family trips with her two children.

Natalie
Orthodontic Assistant
Natalie is a very experienced Dental Assistant, with over 11 years in orthodontics. She has even taught new trainees at UEI dental college. She graduated from the ROP Fullerton Dental Assisting program with her RDA. She is certified in coronal polishing, CPR and has her Dental X-Ray License. In her spare time, she likes traveling, hiking and running. She has two young daughters to also keep her busy!

Alicia
Scheduling Coordinator
Alicia just joined us, but has been working in the dental field for more than a year. She is adept at providing excellent customer service and tending to our patients’ needs. She is happy to assist in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and educating patients about orthodontics. She also is our social media coordinator. Alicia enjoys baking, traveling and coaching cheer teams. She has one young daughter (Olivia) and one furbaby (Lily).

Ivy
Financial Coordinator / Professional Relations
Ivy has been with us for almost 1 year. She just completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Cal State Fullerton. She will be helping patients setup payment plans, verify insurance benefits, and schedule appointments. Ivy is also our Professional Relationship Coordinator – so she is often out of the office visiting dental practices, health fairs and school events! In her spare time she enjoys rock climbing, being outdoors and crocheting.

Treatment Coordinator
Stephanie rejoined us this year, after working in the dental field for over 10 years including over 6 years with our office. She is adept at providing excellent customer service and tending to our patients’ needs. She is happy to assist in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and educating parents about orthodontics. She enjoys cooking, going to the gym, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
