Welcome to our office! We look forward to meeting with you and helping you get acquainted with our office. We understand that each patient has different treatment needs, esthetic goals, and expectations about their teeth. We have set aside a special time to discuss these questions regarding you or your child's orthodontic care.

Exam

At the first visit to our office, Dr. Miller and Dr. Eidenmuller will perform a comprehensive examination of your teeth, jaw positions, and facial appearance. If the doctors feel you are a good candidate for treatment at this time, diagnostic records are made to determine the best course of treatment.

Diagnostic Records

Complete diagnostic records typically include a medical/dental history, plaster study models of the teeth, photos of the  face and teeth, and X-rays or a CT scan.  We are proud to have the newest and best technology digital Kodak Cone Beam CT Scanner.   For your convenience all x-rays can be taken in our office, with minimal radiation and at a reasonable fee.   This information is used to develop a custom treatment plan for each patient.

Consultation

After the doctor has evaluated your records, we discuss your treatment with you in detail, including the cost for your particular case.

Regular Appointments

The appointment when you get your appliances (braces, expanders, etc.) usually takes from one to two hours. You'll then see us at regular intervals 4 to 8 weeks apart for an adjustment, which takes 15 to 30 minutes.  We pride ourselves on being on time for our patients.
